1 Question to Ask Yourself to Kick Off 2016

Whether you embrace New Year’s resolutions or run from them, there’s no denying that the New Year is the time to do a check in with your self.

Sure there are those traditional questions:

  • What do I want to do?
  • What do I want more of
  • What are my goals
  • How will I achieve them

But there’s one question most people leave out that is guaranteed to give you instant results.  And it’s so simple.

Ready for it?

What do I need less of? (and I’m not talking about body fat.)

What things are you doing now that are weighing you down?  What’s draining your energy?  What’s taking up your time but not filling up your tank?

Answer that question then make like Elsa and “let it go” (sorry, I couldn’t resist).

By letting go of what isn’t working for you, you’ll free up so much space to invite in all that stuff you’ve been saying you want more of.
